To see the account history of your PayPal account, you just need to log into your PayPal account and click “Activity”. Then go to “Reports” to download a file containing your historical data.
You can select a custom date range as well and decide what you wish to download. You can choose the format as well, including “Comma Delimited,” “Tab Delimited,” “Quicken,” “QuickBooks” or “PDF” for your file type. Click “Download History” and wait for your download to begin.
In case your file is too large, then it may take up to 24 hours to process/download.
Step 1: Log in to your PayPal account.
Step 2: Move your cursor to “Activity” from the menu and then select “All reports” under the Reports submenu.
