How to hide your Subscribers on YouTube

The default setting on YouTube is to display the number of users who have subscribed to your channel. Though, you can hide your subscribers by making a simple setting that anyone can do in a couple of minutes. So, if you want to hide your YouTube subscribers as well, then you can go through this article till the end to know how to hide your subscribers on YouTube.

Normally, whenever you watch a video on YouTube, the subscribers of that particular channel show (next to the Subscribe button). This setting can be changed and you can easily turn off the Subscriber Counts in your YouTube Channel Settings.

Why creators hide their subscribers count?

Few viewers on YouTube prefer to subscribe only to popular channels, and they often avoid subscribing to the new channel that just starts, no matter how valuable content they had uploaded on their channel.

So, to hide subscriber counts, viewers can have the only option left to decide whether they subscribe to the channel or not by watching the content of the channel, and not by whether a channel is having a huge number of subscribers or not.

So, hiding subscribers will increase the chances that viewers will subscribe to your channel if they found the content helpful to them.
