Deleting more than 50 emails at once from your Gmail mailbox will keep your inbox clean within just a few clicks. So, to start with you need to select the category of email that you want to delete, whether you want to clear unread message from inbox, or do you want to empty your social and promotions tabs.

To delete more than 50 emails in one go, or want to clear your mailbox in Gmail within a few seconds, just follow these simple steps.
The easiest way to delete all emails in Gmail in one go is to select each category one by one, we are going to demonstrate with the “Promotions” category for this tutorial, to make you understand how you can perform it. First of all, select the tab by click on the “Promotions” tab.
Once you at the required categories, just click on the tick box which you will find just below the “Search” bar in your mailbox. You need to click on the drop-down button and then select “All”. The below image will make you understand in a better way.
This will select only 50 mails that are mentioned on the same page, so to select all emails in one go, you will find an option just above the promotions tab, which says “Select all {No. of emails} conversations in Promotions”, click on it.
Once you select all emails, hit the “Delete” icon mentioned above the promotions tab, as shown in the image below. As soon as you click on that “Delete” button, a small pop-up appears which says “Confirm bulk action”, click “OK” and you are done.
Though, it is not a necessary step that you need to follow, since all emails from the “Trash” label will be automatically deleted after 30 days. But considering as an optional step, go to the “Trash” label and click it. Then click the above tick box and select “All” and then “Delete Forever”.
You are done, your promotions tabs are empty now, you can repeat the same steps as mentioned hereinabove with the primary and social tabs, to clear your Gmail mailbox clear and clean.
