It’s really simple to save photographs from websites. In most cases, all you have to do is right-click an image and save it to your computer. However, some websites prohibit users from copying content or photos from their pages to prevent them from being published elsewhere. Many websites disable the right-click feature to prevent unlawful picture sharing. Fortunately, there is an alternative. In this article, we will guide how to copy a picture from a website when the right-click is disabled.
Simply Shift-Right click on the image, then Shift-Right click again before attempting the procedure outlined below. “Save Image As” will now appear in the context menu. If that doesn’t work, try the following way.
Step 1: Navigate to the website from which you wish to save the image. Right-click on an empty spot in that area. From the menu that appears, select the Inspect option. Alternatively, you can access the Developer Tools window by hitting Ctrl+Shift+I at the same time.
Step 2: A new Developer Tools window appears. Now go to the top of the page and look for the Applications tab. Once you’ve located it, click on it.
Note: If Application is not available, simply click >> and select Application from the pop-up menu.
Finally, open the Images folder and expand it. If you run into any problems, follow the screenshot below.
Step 3: Navigate to the image you wish to download in the newly expanded Images folder. When you click on an image, you’ll get an expanded version in the right window pane.
Step 4: To save the image, right-click and select Save image.
Don’t let anything get in the way of you downloading your favorite photographs from any website. Try out this trick right now and see how amazed you are. I hope you enjoyed reading the piece.
Step 1: Go back to that webpage and open it in Chrome.
