Users can now add text watermarks to every page of their document, with choices to add watermarks like “Confidential” or “Draft” to identify the file’s state before sending it to someone. The watermark option may be found in Google Docs’ insert option menu and allows users to adjust the font, size, transparency, location, and other features of the text watermark.
Additionally, whether importing or exporting Microsoft Word documents, the text watermarks in Google Docs are said to be kept. Additionally, all Google Workspace, G Suite, and Business clients will be able to use the text watermarks feature.
Google Docs Now Allows Users to Create, Import Text Watermarks
On January 24, the business began a phased release of the functionality of the watermark, with the feature expected to be fully operational in the coming weeks.
